Postpartum Support

It takes a village

As a Maternal child health Registered Nurse, I have been honored and humbled to be part of so many intimate and vulnerable moments during the birth process. I take pride in my profession and consider myself a caretaker at heart. This “work” has never felt like a job to me and providing education to my patients and their loved ones is one of my favorite things to do.

Working in the healthcare field and having my nursing experience, I was already more prepared for my own pregnancy and birth experience than the average woman. Education is power mama, and I believe everyone should feel this confidence and calm during their pregnancy and beyond.

We need more as mothers. To be the best version of ourselves for our kids, we need support, we need help. We shouldn’t have to do this on our own. Cultures all over the world are raising their babies with a tribe. You know the popular phrase “It takes a village,” well it couldn’t be more true. Americans have lost this over time and we need to bring it back. We need to relearn how to care for our mothers during this vital time of healing and growth.

This is my purpose, my why and I want to help you, in any way that is beneficial and helpful to you and your family. You aren’t meant to figure this out on your own.
